Hi! I LOVE this form!! It’s truly wonderful!

Can you point me in the direction of a tutorial that allows me to make the text field in the form fillable and have the send button linked to send me an email alerting me of the new subscriber? Also, how can the “thank you” message drop down after the subscriber clicks the submit button?

I’m working with Photoshop CS3 and would like to put this form in my RapidWeaver website.
